Delivery within Kazakhstan

Delivery within Kazakhstan is carried out within 2-5 business days from the day of order placement. We offer free delivery across the country for orders exceeding 100,000 tenge.

International Delivery

Yourta offers international delivery through DHL directly from our warehouse in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We ship the product to the delivery address provided by the customer. Yourta is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Orders returned to YOURTA as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees for resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request.
