Refunds

The consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, including packaging. For returns, please also provide the document confirming the purchase of the specified goods.

In case of refusal of the goods by the consumer, we will reimburse the amount paid by the consumer no later than ten days from the day the corresponding claim is submitted and the inspection of the returned goods is conducted.

To receive a refund, it is necessary to fill out the "Refund Request," which is sent upon request by the company to the email address at info@theyourta.com.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. The review period for the request and the refund of funds begins from the moment the Company receives the Request and is calculated in business days, excluding holidays/weekends.
